Your Role
and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production operations by assembling precision components used in a variety of technology-based products. Each day, you will work in a clean, organized, and structured environment, following established work instructions to ensure product quality while meeting production objectives.
The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the production team in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. You will be mainly accountable for: Assemble precision components such as wires, sensors, connectors, housings, and other small parts according to established work instructions; Perform a variety of manual assembly operations requiring precision and strong manual dexterity; Identify and resolve circuit board issues to ensure product quality and functionality.
Perform circuit board soldering and rework in accordance with quality and safety standards; Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality and conformity of assembled parts. Identify and report defects, non-conforming components, or quality concerns to the supervisor; Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and production schedules; Maintain a consistent work pace while ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality; Collaborate with team members to support the smooth execution of production activities.

Qualifications
for the Role A 3-year technology college diploma in electronics or a related field; Experience in electronic, mechanical, or optical assembly within a production environment is considered an asset; Experience performing precision manual work requiring attention to detail; Strong manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail; Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent productivity and quality; Ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment; Familiarity with quality control and inspection practices; Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation; Experience working with small, delicate, or precision components. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $48,075 and $70,510 annually.
