Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components according to project specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related trades
• Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a woodworking environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
