Coffee and Food Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Coffee and Food Operations Manager with a potential ownership opportunity to help lead and grow our coffee shop. This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing a coffee shop and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop. Manage and support baristas. Ensure the facility is fully stocked, clean, and well-maintained each day. Open the shop on time and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards. Ensure all employees are well-trained, maintain quality service, and exhibit a positive customer service attitude.

Requirements

Proven management experience in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
