Senior Test Engineer

Job Description – Senior Test Engineer Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Banking applications and end-to-end software testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), with a good understanding of lending workflows, functional testing, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to understand application behavior. Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data. Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing. Validate business workflows across Loan Applications and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and review meetings. Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and production fixes. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to resolve issues. Ensure complete test coverage and maintain requirement traceability. Support UAT, production validation, and release activities.

Prepare daily and weekly testing status reports.
