Sr. Hr Executive

Position: Sr. HR Executive We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive working environment. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation. Drive performance management processes, including appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with management to support organizational change and development initiatives. Lead HR projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management or executive roles, preferably in a similar capacity. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
