About Us

Millwood Bar & Grill is the place golfers, RV travelers, and locals go for good food, cold drinks, and friendly faces. We’re growing our team and filling two positions , one in the front of the house and one in the back. Front of House: Server / Bartender You’re the face of Millwood. You’ll serve tables, mix drinks, and make every guest feel like a regular.

Provide friendly, attentive table and bar service Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails, and check IDs responsibly Know the menu and make recommendations Keep the bar and dining area clean and stocked Must be 21+ ; serving or bartending experience preferred Back of House: Cook You’re the heart of the kitchen. You’ll turn out burgers, wings, and Grille favorites hot, fast, and done right.

Prepare menu items to recipe and quality standards Handle daily prep and keep your station stocked and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Keep ticket times on track during busy shifts Must be [18+] ; line or kitchen experience preferred Both Positions Great attitude and team-first mindset Able to stay calm and efficient when it gets busy Available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people What We Offer Competitive pay + tips
