@sunwinglife Vos tâches : Offrir un service impeccable aux clients voyageurs pour forger des relations à long terme et fidéliser une clientèle solide; Vendre une grande variété de produits de fournisseurs privilégiés pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs; Fournir des informations de voyage précises et complexes (p.

ex. des documents de voyage détaillés, etc.); Organiser des promotions et créer des partenariats durant le réseautage; Aider à la résolution des plaintes des clients; Facturer et documenter les dossiers de clients avec précision et conformément à la politique de l’entreprise; Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, les voyagistes et plusieurs services de soutien internes.

Votre profil : Expérience en tant qu’agent(e) de voyages; Disponibilité pour travailler durant différents quarts de travail, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine; Certificat provincial; Un an d’expérience dans l’industrie du voyage; Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).
