Parts Wharehouse

Tom Clark Auto Park is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Warehouse team member to join our Denton, TX location. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient management, storage, and distribution of automotive parts to support our service operations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Accurately receive/confirm parts orders, inspect orders for damage, handle stocking and returns of parts

- Receipt of inventory

- Maintain proper storage of parts

- Stock shelves

- Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and new stock

- Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean

- Maintain a superior level of customer service

- Maintain other duties as assigned or requested

- Promote company expectations by maintaining best practices for the industry, promoting teamwork and individual success in a fast-paced environment

**Physical Job Requirements:**

- The physical requirements described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job

- Continuous physical exertion for intermittent periods including walking or standing for extended periods, stooping, climbing, sitting, reaching overhead, balancing, bending, squatting, lifting/unloading material or equipment (up to 50 pounds), some of which may be heavy or awkward

- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm

## Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

- Pick and prepare parts orders for service technicians and customers

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts

- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

## Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse or parts inventory role preferred

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to lift and move parts as required (up to 50 pounds)

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
