Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with merchandise selection, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining an organized sales floor, and is eager to learn about our products.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, and demonstrating products. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training to better assist customers. Restock shelves and merchandise as needed to maintain product availability.

Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, properly stocked, and attractively displayed. Assist with other store duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must successfully complete a criminal background check. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods. Ability to lift more than 25 pounds. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
