The ideal candidate will value punctuality and accountability. They will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and provide companionship in a respectful and professional manner.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, patient Direct Support Worker(DSW) to provide support and assistance with a deaf client. Knowledge of American Sign Language(ASL) is strongly preferred, but not required. Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-4pm Minimum Requirements and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable and punctual Compassionate and professional Must pay attention to details and have observational skills required to monitor client's health and safety during shifts.

Must be able to multitask to balance multiple client needs. Ability to effectively communicate with the client using appropriate communication methods and learn the client's individual communication preferences.
