Executive Housekeeper

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operation of the Williamsburg Lodge Housekeeping Department. This position ensures the Lodge consistently maintains high standards of cleanliness, room presentation, public-area appearance, productivity, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The Executive Housekeeper provides direct leadership to the Lodge Housekeeping management and hourly teams and is accountable for departmental performance, staffing, scheduling, training, labor management, expense control, quality assurance, and employee engagement. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Housekeeper partners closely with Front Office, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and other Lodge departments.
