Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Sr. Director of Human Resources to lead and advance the talent development, engagement and employment enrichment programs for Culver Franchising System. This person will oversee the functions, team and programs aimed at the full spectrum of the team member lifecycle including recruiting, growth and development, team member relations and inclusion, engagement, retention and performance optimization.
