Wastewater/ Water Operator Assistant (Temporary/Hourly)

DESCRIPTION OF BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Wastewater/Water Operations staff in fulfilling daily work duties. This position will  perform fundamental maintenance tasks while learning semi-skilled tasks for the day-to-day operations & maintenance of the City’s wastewater and/or water facilities.  The position will also include participation in routine training opportunities that will build knowledge of wastewater and/or water operations, methods and standards as well as specialized work and safety training.
