Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles. Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the aeronautics and engineering domains. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Employee Training & Development Identify skill gaps and implement structured training and development programs. Introduce L&D initiatives aligned with aerospace industry trends and certifications. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain a culture of continuous learning.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster motivation and team cohesion. Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and inclusivity. Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with organizational values.
- Payroll Management Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, incentives, and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with tax laws and manage relationships with payroll vendors (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality and integrity in compensation data handling.
- Statutory Compliance & HR Governance Ensure adherence to all labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements. Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies as needed. Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure organization-wide compliance.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Minimum 10 years of HR experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in the Aerospace, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory regulations.
