Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Your Profile Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in data management, master data management, or process management, ideally within complex and regulated environments (e.
g. banking, fintech, insurance). Previous experience leading a team, project, or functional area, with both technical and/or people management responsibilities. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to understand and improve complex business and technical processes. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with business, IT, compliance, and governance stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to make well-founded decisions while driving quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Take ownership of the company's customer master data, ensuring its quality, consistency, and continuous development. Lead and coordinate your team (or cross-functional contributors), setting priorities and ensuring efficient execution of daily operations and projects. Design, optimize, and oversee key customer data management processes from both a strategic and operational perspective.
Act as the central interface between IT, database teams, compliance, data protection, and business stakeholders. Analyze data and existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement sustainable improvements. Drive initiatives from initial concept through implementation while ensuring seamless integration into systems and business processes.
