Maintenance Planner - Kermit 115 Plant - Kermit, TX (West Texas)

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for overseeing maintenance workflows and increasing efficiency and effectiveness within the maintenance teams and resources in order to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The Maintenance Planner will report to the Maintenance Manager and direct activities for the maintenance department in order to maintain compliance with MSHA regulations and equipment manufacturer preventative & repair maintenance.

The successful candidate will be a self-starting leader who enjoys the challenges of daily involvement with the operations team.
