Our Montgomery clinic is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and can keep appointments, phone calls, and paperwork moving throughout a busy day. Oxford Physical Therapy Centers has been physical therapist-owned and serving local communities since 1993. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clinicians and gain hands-on experience in a physical therapy clinic. We welcome recent exercise science and exercise physiology graduates and candidates with experience in either field. What you’ll do Welcome patients, schedule appointments, and register patients in our practice software. Answer patient calls and help with scheduling and general questions. Verify insurance coverage, collect copays, and prepare deposits. Send correspondence to referring providers and other medical offices. Support clinicians by gathering equipment and paperwork and cleaning and preparing treatment areas. What you’ll bring High school diploma. Friendly customer service and strong communication and listening skills. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Medical office experience is preferred. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be available for shifts within the 7 a.m.–7 p.m. window. Shift times vary by clinic.
