Business Development Manager- Americas

The Business Development Manager will lead a key element of Alpha's long-term growth strategy by generating and developing prospects in adjacent and new market segments for the sales team to convert into opportunities. This high-visibility role will introduce Alpha's brand to target segments, build awareness of the problems our products solve, and fill the pipeline with qualified prospects ahead of the sales team's engagement.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys both the strategic work of identifying and mapping new markets and the hands-on work of prospecting, networking, and building relationships in the field.
