Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor (manufacturing) ***$5,000 sign-on bonus***

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a highly driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance and reliability efforts at our automated chemical blending and distribution facility in De Pere. In this role, you will direct the maintenance department to execute corrective work and asset strategies while acting as the resident Reliability expert. A major component of this position is partnering with the operations group to build a culture of operator-driven reliability, coaching them to own the performance and upkeep of their equipment.

Beyond core production equipment, you will take full accountability for our facility's building and grounds, our traditional lift truck fleet, and our advanced Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) systems.
