Smokin J’s BBQ is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer focused servers to join our FOH team at our Poway location. We are looking for people who are capable of adding an elevated level of service to our high-paced, quick-service restaurant. Pay is $22.90-29.90/hour ($16.90/hour base pay plus $6-13/hour in tips) Benefits: Health Insurance (we pay half!!)

Responsibilities

Opening and/or closing procedures Taking orders, handling the POS system (Toast) and cash drawer Getting beverages (soda, beer, wine) for guests Running food and bussing tables Checking in on guests on patio and upselling additional items Ensuring the patio and bar always stays clean and organized Making to-go cups for sauces, ketchup, and other condiments Answering general customer questions Taking phone orders Requirements: Enthusiastic and friendly personality Strong organizational and team working skills Attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Walking and standing for 5-8 hour shifts Occasional bending Check us out https://www.
