Treatment Plant Operator Trainee II

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION To assist Water Treatment Plant Operators in the operation, repair and maintenance of the Agency’s water treatment plants and related facilities; and to assist in recording, reporting and logging plant operations, test results and maintenance work.  DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS This is the entry level class in the Treatment Plant Operator series.

Positions in this class work under close supervision while continuing to learn job tasks.
