Key Responsibilities

Proactively connect with existing and prospective customers to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships Execute post-sale follow-ups to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and support customer retention Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plan upgrades, additional lines, and device solutions Present and position relevant products and offers during follow-up and outbound sales conversations Manage call flow and talk time efficiently while adhering to quality standards and compliance requirements Partner with team members to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics What We’re Looking For: Confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to quickly establish trust over the phone Demonstrated success in consultative selling, including upselling and closing Self-driven, energetic, and motivated by performance goals and results Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing sales environment 1–2 years of outbound call center experience in a sales-focused role Compensation: $40,000 CAD annually
