This is skilled work involving operating medium and heavy-sized construction vehicles and forestry equipment and performing semi-skilled and laborer work. NATURE AND VARIETY OF WORK Employees in this class are expected to be fully proficient in the operation and preventive maintenance of a bucket truck (aerial lift truck) and related equipment, as well as in laborer duties in such areas as street tree care, vegetation control, hazardous tree removal, and proper road maintenance to prevent erosion and storm damage.
