Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Complete daily work orders for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related issues Prepare apartments for new residents (unit turns) including patching, painting, and repairs Troubleshoot and fix appliances, locks, outlets, and leaks Respond to emergency maintenance calls during rotating on-call shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of company tools, supplies, and vehicle Follow company safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 1+ years of apartment, facilities, or residential maintenance experience Strong knowledge of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC basics) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders Great communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
