New England Wire Products is currently seeking Production MIG Welders to join our Leominster, MA Team! We are looking for 1st shift workers. Must have MIG welding experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Qualifications

MIG Welder

• Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Set up and adjust welding equipment for different materials and thicknesses. Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications. Operate hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to prepare and finish welds. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment as needed. MIG Welder
• Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting preferred. Certifications: Welding certification is a plus but not required. Skills: Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
