Job description

Connectivity Operations Analyst The Opportunity KPIT Brasil is seeking a Connectivity Operations Analyst to support global connected vehicle and telematics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring fleet connectivity, investigating communication failures, troubleshooting telematics and connectivity issues, and driving resolution of operational incidents.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Service, and Customer Success teams to improve fleet reliability, customer uptime, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor fleet connectivity and proactively identify non-communicating telematics devices. Investigate and resolve connectivity issues involving vehicles, telematics devices, cellular networks, and cloud platforms. Perform root cause analysis and drive connectivity incidents through resolution. Troubleshoot Telematics Control Units (TCUs), CAN Bus communications, cellular connectivity, and device-to-cloud communication issues.

Support customer onboarding activities, escalations, and connectivity-related operational processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and connectivity health metrics using Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Service, and Customer Success teams to improve fleet reliability and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience with connected vehicle, telematics, or fleet connectivity solutions Advanced or fluent in English and Spanish . Hands-on experience with connected vehicles, telematics solutions, or fleet connectivity platforms. Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle , heavy equipment, construction, mining, agriculture, or transportation industries.

Experience troubleshooting Telematics Control Units (TCUs), connectivity incidents, and communication failures. Strong knowledge of CAN Bus, cellular communications, TCP/IP networking, and device-to-cloud connectivity. Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving technical issues end-to-end. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with telematics platforms. Power BI, SQL, Python, or automation experience. Customer-facing experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, or Fleet Operations. Knowledge of embedded systems, ECUs, vehicle diagnostics, and connected vehicle technologies.
