Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships with both our customers and each other. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 2.5 years as a team member, which helped build a strong foundation in the business. I attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and am a proud parent of three.

We enjoy spending time together as a family, especially attending games and staying active in the community. We’re involved with local organizations and education foundations, and we’re passionate about supporting youth, including teaching a youth group at our church. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
