About the role

The JCB Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Control Tower (CT) Customer Experience Manager in delivering Maersk’s value proposition through excellent customer service. The Logistics Specialist will support account development through data-driven analysis and reporting. The role is also expected to create synergies among all parties involved and be able to identify process gaps, alignment needs, and value-creation initiatives.

As an external professional working on-site at JCB, you are also expected to comply with the customer’s values and policies. You will be representing Maersk at all times. This position is on-site at the JCB facility in Pooler, Georgia, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key skills & experience: International Logistics / Supply Chain (3 year) Air Freight, Ocean FCL/LCL & Intermodal Cargo Flow & Demurrage Management Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management KPI Analysis & Performance Reporting Excel / MS Office / Data Analysis MBR (build & presentation) & Operational Reporting Financial & Budget Analysis TMS / EDI / Milestone Management SOP / IOP & Process Improvement (build & update) Problem Solving & Exception Management Cross-functional & Global CollaboratioN Job Type: Full Time Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
