Bartender - Crossroads Sports Complex

Hiring Range: $9.00-$11.25 per hour plus tips Job Description Under the supervision of the manager on duty, the Bartender is responsible for daily operation of the Wintrust Crossroads Sports Complex bar.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the public is essential. Must be at least 21 years of age, BASSETT certified, have a high school diploma and some experience with serving food and bartending. Pre-requisite : Cognitive skills to follow both written and verbal directions Manual labor; light to moderate lifting Ability to work in diverse climate and environment Available to work weekends, holidays, flexible start/end times and occasional over time Primary Responsibilities This person's duties shall include, but not be limited to: Sports Complex : Assists with the ordering and stocking of beverage and snack inventory Responsible for the set up and cleanliness of the bar and dining area Is able to take food and beverage orders, handle credit card transactions and carry food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the service area Responsible for mixing and serving alcohol beverages to guests, while complying with legal age limits Work safely, follow sound practices to help ensure the safety of staff and patrons Attachment(s): Bartender
