Role Overview As a Signavio BPM Expert, you will drive process governance, maintain modeling standards (BPMN 2.0), and manage platform operations. You will support global stakeholders by delivering training, managing user access, handling support tickets, and ensuring high-quality process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain modeling standards (BPMN 2.0), review process models for quality, and manage the process library lifecycle. Platform Administration & Operations: Manage Signavio workflows, approvals, system runbooks, user access, and role assignments in line with security principles. Support & Ticketing: Triage and resolve user issues via Jira/Service.

Now, troubleshoot workflow bugs, and escalate complex technical topics. Stakeholder Enablement: Deliver training and coaching to process SPOCs and international teams to ensure smooth process adoption. Reporting: Maintain and improve operational and governance reporting.

Requirements

& Skills BPM & BPMN 2.0 Expertise: Strong background in process modeling, SOP documentation, and process optimization. Signavio Hands-On Experience: Proven track record in Signavio administration, process reviews, and workflow configuration. IT Service Management: Experience with incident management tools (Jira Service Management, Service.

Now) and strong troubleshooting skills. Service Mindset: Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder support.
