Outdoor Education Student Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The Outdoor Education Student Intern supports a variety of outdoor education, recreation, and community engagement activities. This position provides hands-on experience in program operations, facility and equipment management, event support, environmental stewardship, and educational programming. RESPONSABILITIES: Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of outdoor education facilities and program spaces.

Support the planning, setup, and execution of events, activities, and educational programs. Organize, maintain, and inventory program equipment and gear. Assist with bike program operations, maintenance, and participant support. Support garden projects, sustainability initiatives, and outdoor stewardship efforts. Create content for social media, assist with marketing efforts, and help build community partnerships and donations.

Provide general instructional and administrative support to staff and program participants. Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.
