Coffee Truck Barista / Driver

Position Overview

In this role, you won’t just be working behind a regular counter—you'll be bringing a premium, high-energy coffee shop experience directly to the community via our state-of-the-art mobile coffee trucks. From corporate events and schools to private parties and festivals, your office changes every day. Travelin' Tom's Driver Responsibilities: Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff Benefits: Tips (on average $5 - $10 per hour additional depending on event type) Flexible schedule FUN environment Advancement/Full Time opportunities with benefits 401k match

Pay: $16 per hour

Requirements

Age & Licensing: Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (if driving the truck).; Weekend Availability
