Head Of Sales

We're looking for a Head of Sales (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you'll own Lead and develop the Sales team, setting clear objectives and driving the implementation of sales strategies aligned with business goals.

Develop and execute strategies for payment acceptance services to grow our customer portfolio, increase profitability, and manage business risks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners, leading commercial negotiations to drive sustainable business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales performance and deliver the best solutions for our customers.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or a comparable commercial role, ideally with leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of the card payments industry and relevant regulatory requirements within the region. Proven experience in sales strategy, process management, and developing customer and partner relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with strong organizational abilities and a results driven mindset. Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability and willingness to travel regionally and internationally. It’s a bonus if you have A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience managing and developing sales teams in the payment acceptance business. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in an international business environment.
