Materials Program Mgr I

The Materials Program Manager I at UCT drives material flow and ensures visibility of current and future supply issues to support production and customer needs. This role manages MRP demand signals, leads Clear‑to‑Build (CTB) reviews, and develops risk management strategies.

Responsibilities include

inventory program design, supplier performance improvement, escalation management, and KPI tracking. The manager collaborates with engineering, supply chain, and customers to resolve shortages, phase in new materials, and optimize inventory. With strong purchasing knowledge, data analysis skills, and leadership experience, this position ensures supply chain resilience and supports UCT’s semiconductor manufacturing operations.
