Job Description: In this role, you will work as a Part-time QSP Aid providing support services to individuals with in the Bismarck/Mandan ND area.

Your responsibilities

will include assisting clients with daily activities, providing personal care, implementing care plans, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of those under your care. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing companionship and emotional support to patients Providing light housekeeping, doing laundry, cooking meals, shopping, Assist in transferring the person Provide non-medical transportation Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in patient's condition to the supervisor Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor Valid driver's license and vehicle Must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma Experienced encouraged but not necessary.
