Product Strategy & Development Manager

General Summary and Purpose Responsible for the end-to-end design, development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management of the firm's product shelf across a range of investment vehicles — including ETFs, mutual funds, UCITS, collective investment trusts, interval funds, separate accounts, and models. Activities include identifying and evaluating new product opportunities; structuring and launching new strategies and vehicles; managing product changes and rationalization; and partnering across the organization to advance the firm's product strategy. This role works closely with senior leadership and fund boards, monitors industry trends and the competitive landscape, and supports the firm's distribution efforts. You will report to the Head of Product.
