Childcare Assistant Teacher

We are a forward-thinking, Reggio-inspired early learning center. We are seeking inspired and enthusiastic individuals to join our talented, dynamic staff as infant/toddler specialists. Alphabet Academy / The Nest are family-centered and forward-thinking early learning centers with a Reggio Emilia-based approach to childhood learning, activity, and play.

Our teachers work together to proudly nurture curious and joyful children, provide kind and gentle attention, and foster engaging and creative classrooms. Candidates must be passionate about infants and toddlers and committed to working in the field of early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be eager to support colleagues as they build trusting relationships that encourage each child's growth, development, and healthy attachments.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate: intentional teaching practices that are grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach a gentle, warm, creative demeanor a working knowledge of the RIE approach to infant/toddler care an associate/bachelors or master's degree in early childhood education/development or related field (varies depending on position.)
