Responsibilities include

Preparing and protecting job sites Assisting with the removal and installation of windows and doors Supporting carpentry work, including shimming, flashing, insulation, caulking, and trim Ensuring installations are level, square, plumb, and weather-tight Staging materials and tools for efficient installation Keeping job sites clean and organized Working with the crew to complete installations safely and on schedule Representing Woodland professionally when interacting with homeowners You will be trained on Woodland’s installation standards and methods.

Qualifications

Helpful Experience (Not Required) Experience in any of the following transfers well: Construction Carpentry Remodeling Roofing or siding Exterior home improvement Window or door installation Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs Ability to work on ladders and active construction sites Ability to bend, kneel, and move throughout the day Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions License/Certification: Driver's license (Required) Pay & Schedule $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience Full-time consistent work Paid weekly Monday
