Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (availability at 7 am, 9-hour shift).

Key Responsibilities

Interview candidates (phone/on-site) to meet company requisitions based on skills and knowledge. Pipeline Management: Maintain a documented pipeline and monitor applications through phone screenings. Collaboration: Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements. Evaluation: Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and work experience to select the strongest fit.

Onboarding: Conduct background screenings, prepare employment offers, and assist in onboarding new hires. Retention: Actively promote employee retention through positive candidate experiences.

Requirements

B2+ English level (Required). Tech Savvy: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Compliance: Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Soft Skills: Empathetic, service-oriented, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
