The Talent Acquisition team is based in downtown Montreal and focuses on strategic recruitment across Canada. The team is made up of around 40 passionate recruiters. Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree completed with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience Proven experience in advisory roles with management in large companies Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrated leadership, ability to influence and negotiate, rigour, creativity and innovation skills Ability to work in synergy with the team and partners Ability to question the status quo
