Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry in Clive, Iowa is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and excited to provide excellent patient care. Whether you’re an experienced Registered Dental Assistant or a motivated dental assistant looking to build your skills, we’re willing to train the right person. What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience and support efficient, high-quality dental care.

Your responsibilities

Assist dentists and the clinical team during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Take dental radiographs as trained and permitted Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit Provide patients with oral hygiene education and pre- and post-operative instructions Sterilize instruments and follow infection control and OSHA protocols Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment rooms Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and other members of the clinical team Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient What We’re Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Iowa preferred, but not required Previous dental assisting experience is a plus Willingness to train motivated candidates who are new to dental assisting Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and organized Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for providing excellent patient care New to dentistry?
