Job description
General Responsibilities :
- Conduct preparation, process and production control in accordance with foreman instructions
- Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results in accordance with the specified specifications.
- Controlling the existing CCP in order to properly monitor and info immediately to the foreman / supervisor to request corrective action if there are deviations in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document and HACCP Plan (special filling operator mechine)
- Doing / support / help trial and commissioning machine.
- Fill out all logsheets as documentation media of production process from material start to production result according to part handled (Mechine / transfer / stockist / maintenance / general)
- Watching / executing preventive maintenance schedule to keep production equipment well used.
- Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (5R1S / EHFS).
- Responsible for discipline
- Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP), and Implementing PRP well and correctly in its departement.
- Increase self performent
- Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment. (equipment) and cleanliness at Filling Plant location.
- Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness in the area of work, and tidiness documents that are his responsibility.
