About the Role
The Golf Outside Services Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all golf course patrons by providing attentive and efficient service throughout the facility. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to operate golf carts safely and responsibly. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions. Basic communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in golf course operations or outside services. Knowledge of golf terminology and etiquette. Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment such as pressure washers or small landscaping tools. Bilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele. Certification in first aid or CPR.
Responsibilities
Manage the distribution, retrieval, and maintenance of golf carts to ensure availability and safety for all players. Assist golfers with loading and unloading equipment, providing directions, and answering questions about the course and services. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outside service areas, including cart storage, parking lots, and staging areas.
Communicate effectively with the golf operations team to coordinate tee times, cart assignments, and address any operational issues promptly. Monitor course conditions and report any hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel to ensure player safety.
