Position Overview

In this position, you will be a Class A Utility Driver out of Milbank, SD. The duties include: Responsible for delivering United Hardware products to various hardware stores. On average, the driver will make 8-12 stops (with some return pick-ups). Routes typically are around 1,000 miles per week. Driver will assist with unloading by using a pallet jack to move freight to the back of trailer, or by hand depending on weight or packaging.

Must be available to be out on the road, away from the home terminal up to 5 days every week. Efficient operation of tractor-trailer combo (sleeper cab) with a lift gate. Driver can park at home- must be in a safe location, ability to plug the truck in during cold months and provide their own snow removal. Hazmat and/or Doubles/Triples endorsements preferred.
