General Manager - Honda

What You'll Do

Lead overall dealership operations and drive profitability across all departments. Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives. Lead, coach, and develop department managers while holding teams accountable for results. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics daily, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans.

Build a culture focused on accountability, employee development, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes, standards, and operating objectives.

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role. Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability. Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI. High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
