As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate you’ll be responsible for: Lead and motivate a team of 5 Team Leaders, ensuring they effectively manage performance, productivity, and day-to-day warehouse operations across their teams.

Oversee the fulfilment operation, ensuring orders are picked, quality checked, consolidated, and loaded safely and accurately to meet customer and operational targets. Manage people processes including recruitment, performance reviews, absence management, coaching, and development to build a high-performing team. Maintain stock quality and operational accuracy by monitoring default rates, producing shipment documentation, and ensuring all warehouse administration is completed effectively.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00pm – 3.00am with some flexibility. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Workbench, Oracle, or Körber.

Ability to manage performance against operational targets and maintain high standards in a results-driven environment. Previous fulfilment or distribution experience is desirable, with an understanding of warehouse processes and customer service expectations. We look forward to receiving your application!
