Skills, Qualifications, Experience: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field 1 year of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Engineer or related occupation in which the required construction management experience is gained. RFI preparation and submittals Proficient in project management software, code and specification compliance, contract compliance and monitoring, and creating cost loaded schedules.

Must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment within a team setting Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with exceptional organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English Superior written, oral and digital communication skills MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive Multiple positions available.
