We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Nordic Sales Engineering team in Lund, Sweden. In this role you'll help partners and customers find the right Axis solutions, and you'll learn our products and the security industry from the inside.

Your future team You'll join the Nordic Sales Engineering team, part of the Sales Engineering & Training organisation for Northern and Eastern Europe. As a team player you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing colleagues. Together, we provide high-quality technical advice that helps our partners and customers succeed.

What you'll do

as a Sales Engineer As a Sales Engineer your mission is to deliver pre-sales engineering support to our partners and customers. By developing strong relationships as a trusted advisor, you help us drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work with our products, partners and customers every day. This puts you in a unique position to learn about the latest Axis solutions and how they're used, from security to industry projects.

Your focus will be the Swedish market, with some assignments elsewhere in the Nordics. Design Axis solutions that meet customers' needs, and support partners in their project design Demonstrate, configure and set up Axis solutions for events, demos and proofs of concept Take part in customer meetings, trade shows, events and training sessions Help partners and colleagues with technical and product questions as a trusted advisor Keep up with industry developments and keep building your skills This is a hybrid role, based at our headquarters in Lund.

Who are you? You're curious about technology and enjoy working with people. You like finding out what customers need and helping them find the best solution. You can explain technical topics clearly to different audiences, and you're comfortable giving presentations. You learn quickly, you enjoy teamwork, and you want to grow in a role that combines technology and business.

We'd love to hear that you have: A university degree, ideally in computer science, engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role where you've used your technical skills Familiarity with networking, IP-based technologies or network infrastructure Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written A valid driving license Bonus points if you have: Experience in a sales environment Experience from the IT, CCTV or security industry Travel: The role involves travel within Sweden for about 30% of your time, plus occasional trips to other Nordic countries.
