In support of the organization's mission and vision - the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - plays a critical strategic and operational role in driving talent acquisition strategy for key staff, executive, director, managerial, and specialized professional positions across Goodwill Industries of North Florida.

This position is responsible for designing and executing full-lifecycle recruitment strategies, this role focuses on sourcing, attracting, assessing, and placing high-caliber leadership talent aligned with organizational strategy and mission priorities. This position also builds proactive talent pipelines, manages candidate experiences, partners closely with executive leadership, and oversees recruitment metrics and operational reporting to ensure effective talent acquisition across all business units.
