Executive - Finance & Accounts

The Executive – Finance & Accounts is responsible for end-to-end management of the organization's accounting function together with complete payroll processing and statutory compliance. Working independently and under the broad guidance of the Finance Controller, the incumbent supervises daily accounting operations across ERP/Tally, ensures accurate books of accounts up to finalization, and manages monthly payroll.

The incumbent should be a highly motivated self-starter with strong supervisory, review, and problem-solving skills, capable of independently handling both accounting finalization and high-volume payroll calculation and processing, while coordinating closely with the Controller, auditors, and other departments.
